About the Author
Life can happen where ever you plant yourself, and I choose to grow with people through community and cooking. You will typically find me outside, playing music, bonfire with friends, spending time with my nieces and nephews or being in the kitchen thinking of a new recipe. My go to verse for life has been: “Teach me your ways oh Lord that I may walk in your truth; unite my heart to fear your name.” Psalms 86:11
Never will I stop growing or learning new things in life to become healthier for me and for others.
